        Tajine Poulet aux Citrons Confits

        Description
        Un grand classique de la cuisine marocaine traditionnelle

        Ingrédients
        – un poulet de 1,5 kg
        – 1 oignon
        – 1 citron confit
        – Le jus d’un citron
        – 200 gr d’olives vertes
        – 4 gousses d’ail
        – 2 cs de persil
        – 1 cc de gingembre
        – ½ verre d’huile d’olive
        – ½ verre d’huile de tournesol
        – 1 pincée de safran
        – ½ cc de curcuma
        – 1 cc de sel
        – 2 cc de poivre
        – 1 verre d’eau

        Étapes
        Découper le poulet en morceaux et les déposer dans le plat à tajine
        Emincer l’oignon ; le mettre sur le poulet avec les épices, les gousses d’ail hâchées, le persil, le jus de citron, l’huile d’olive et de tournesol ; arroser avec 1 verre d’eau
        Remuer le tout avec une spatule en bois ; laisser cuire 40 mm en remuant de temps en temps (si besoin rajouter un peu d’eau)
        10 mm avant la fin de cuisson rajouter les olives autour du poulet ; laisser mijoter
        Avant de servir, décorer le poulet avec des lanières de citrons confits
