        Randy Lait is the Senior Director of Hospitality Services at North Carolina State University in Raleigh. Randy holds two degrees from NC State, a BA in Econonics and a BA in Business Management and is a Certified Auxiliary Services Professional. His career has spanned three decades at NC State.

        Under his direction, NC State University Dining has been recognized for innovation and excellence, including the 2013 Grand Goldie Award from Food Service Director Magazine, recognized as Top 15 Healthiest Dining Programs in the Country and was named 2015 College Innovators of the Year by Food Management Magazine.

        Randy has served NACUFS in a variety of roles over his career, including Regional President, Regional Conference Chair, served on the NACUFS Board of Directors, and as National Conference Chair.

        Randy is the winner 2015 Premier Illuminating Excellence award for his accomplishments in collegiate dining services.
