PROGRAM
The MDR is designed to inform, inspire and educate different audiences, creating a forum for an open exchange of data about diet and health in the United States. It will assemble a distinguished group of experts from the academia and scientific realms, along with professionals in the Food industry, retail, and public policy officials. The goal is to address the important topic of how to provide end users with new, exciting choices inspired to the Mediterranean Diet. The program will feature several sessions with invited guests:
12:00 – 3:00 pm NEW! ITALIAN EVOO EDUCATIONAL TASTING The kick off event to the "Extraordinary Italian Taste" campaign features a comparative and educational Italian extra virgin olive oil tasting and a regional Italian culinary tasting (from 12:30 to 1:30 pm).

The campaign is funded by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and is promoted by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West.
