        Moroccan Salad with Orange Cilantro Dressing

        Pasta garlic and olive oil

        “Everything you see, i owe to spaghetti” used to say Italian beauty icon Sophia Loren. Indeed, pasta is a filling, cost-effective and versatile meal! Try the following recipe for an Italian twist to your lunch. SPAGHETTI with garlic, olive oil and chili pepper (aglio, olio e peperoncino). Directly from Naples (just like Sophia Loren….) is this simple recipe:

        For 4 people:

        • 1 box of Spaghetti
        • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
        • 3 garlic cloves
        • 1 ½ spoon chili peppers (dry flakes or une inch of the fresh red one)
        • (optional) 1 tablespoon sweet Italian parsley, finely chopped
        • salt to taste

        Boil the Spaghetti in aboundant saltedy water. Meanwhile, heat the extra virgin olive oil with the garlic cloves, chili pepper, until the garlic is golden. Drain the pasta (better if “al dente”) and pour on the condiment. Mix well and add the parseley on serving plates.
