Mediterranean is a way of life and many improved health outcomes continue to be associated with this lifestyle. Since many of us don’t necessarily live in the lifestyle of the Mediterranean, how do we access the ingredients, use the recipes, employ the principles, and achieve success doing so? Just like any plan, it will not look the same for everyone, but the principles remain, and it is achievable by many and it tastes and feels wonderful!
