Larissa Iracheta is Director of Quality US, Canada & Mexico of Deoleo . Larissa is graduate of Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila, (University of Coahuila) with a degree in Chemistry and Microbiology. She has a 20 + year background in Quality and Regulatory. She also has an extensive knowledge in HACCP, GMPs, GSFI , USDA , NOP, FDA and CFIA regulations. Her recent activities include Lily of the Dessert where she was the VP of Quality. Prior to that Larissa has had experience with Dean Foods, Superiors Foods, Spherics, Cargill & Frito Lay. Larissa is an Olive Oil Sommelier by The International Culinary Center and Taster’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savantes North America Team Champion 2016.
