Graduate of Johnson and Wales University, I honed my skills and attention to detail under the tutelage of Tom Colicchio at Kiawah Island, SC and in his restaurants in NYC. In those 10 years I was selected by the company to open a new hotel in Doonbeg, Ireland in 2006. From there I refined my craft at The Greenbrier in WV, before moving on to the West Coast to finish my career in culinary operations.
