Corporate sales executive with 25 year background in high level culinary leadership teams. Graduate of Johnson and Wales University, I honed my skills and attention to detail under the tutelage of Tom Colicchio at Kiawah Island, SC and in his restaurants in NYC. In those 10 years I was selected by the company to open a new hotel in Doonbeg, Ireland in 2006. From there I refined my craft at The Greenbrier in WV, before moving on to the West Coast to finish my career in culinary operations. Solutions oriented with extensive knowledge of supply chain logistics, procurement, inventory management, and product development.
