Jessica Goldstein, Vice President of Nu Products Seasoning Company (NuSpice), began her culinary journey began in youth, helping her mother in the kitchen and working on a local farm during high school. Jessica’s curiosity about food led her to dedicate all high school elective years to Foods & Nutrition and Creative Writing. During her college years, she expanded her horizons, balancing her roles as a waitress and bartender while serving as the Creative Director for a National Advertising Campaign—an achievement that garnered her university a remarkable 4th place, the highest accolade at the time.

With a BS in Marketing and Creative Writing from Roger Williams University, Jessica joined her father’s business, elevating a once unknown ingredient company to industry renown. Her relentless commitment to marketing earned widespread respect. Fueled by a thirst for knowledge, she pursued a Master’s in Food Science and Nutrition at Montclair State University. Jessica has been Regional Chair of the Greater New York/Philadelphia Region of the Research Chefs Association for an impressive 12 years and concluding a 6-year tenure on the RCA Board of Directors, where she served as Director, Vice President, and Secretary.
