Chef Giuseppe Angino has always loved the culinary art, a passion he inherited from his mother.
Giuseppe initially went to university but then decided to pursue what he was naturally gifted at. He knew the work would be tough, but he felt he could not lose his calling.
After college he worked in many restaurants and then invested in his career as school teacher and food consultant for brands and restaurants.
As La Molisana Brand Ambassador he directs training of chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers all over the world especially Japan, Brazil, France, Germany and Dubai. Giuseppe, born in Puglia, has a strong affiliation with his background, but also loves to experiment.
