Born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Deborah Boudrow attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics. She journeyed to Boston to complete her Dietetic Internship at Beth Israel Hospital, intending to stay “only for a year”. Four decades later, she continues her career at Massachusetts General Hospital. Deb has held positions in Food Production, Retail, and Purchasing. In her current role as Senior Procurement Manager, she oversees a combined food and non-food budget of over $11.3 million dollars. She is a Registered Licensed Dietitian and applies her clinical expertise in the procurement of foods for the hospital. Recognized as one of the largest buyers in the Boston area, Deb has a reputation for her tough negotiating skills and aggressive cost control strategies, yet is always willing to help find the “just right” product. She lives in Greater Boston with her husband.
