Debby Kasper, RDN, LDN, SNS, is Director of Clinical Nutrition and Wellness Program Development at Premier, Inc.Debby has worked in the field of business and nutrition for 35 years. During her 18 years as a Clinical Dietitian and Chief Clinical at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, IL, she developed and conducted numerous nutrition programs for the community and local businesses. She has appeared on radio and television and has written nutrition articles for a local newspaper and employee publications.In her current role at Premier, she heads a subcommittee of 18 dietitians from across the nation as they develop benefits for the Clinical Dietitians working in Premier facilities. She provides clinical expertise to the foodservice contracts.She coordinates Premier’s healthy food initiatives developing menus, identifying products and meeting government regulations. She also develops Premier’s resources to help members develop healthy communities.
