        David Neuman has been spent his entire career 35 year career as an executive in the specialty/natural food business. Building a base from high end retailers like Whole Foods to President of Lucini Italia, David remained committed to ensuring that the customer was always held in the utmost regard. From clean, well merchandised stores to sublime EVOO produced in Tuscany or Crete, his guiding principal was that his consumers would always be tantalized. Finalizing his first book, Extra Virgin Olive, The Truth In Your Kitchen (Morgan James, 2022), he reveals hidden secrets that all shoppers need to know so they can take back the power in their decision making process, in particular with learning how to evaluate and shop for real extra virgin olive oil. He remains busy today as President of a legacy natural/organic foods company, Daves’ Gourmet and maintains his training and credentials as a Professional Olive Oil Taster certified by ONAOO, the first olive oil school based in Italy.
