Dr. Anita Trajkovska-Broach, PhD is a scientific and technical consultant with CSI: Create. Solve. Innovate. LLC – a company she founded in 2015 and advises clients across different industries including new product and technology development, prototyping, positioning and protection of novel ideas and products, competitive assessment, failure analysis, etc.

Concerned about the global food insecurity, the hunger and malnutrition on one side, and the rise of chronic diseases and obesity on the other, she founded MD Inspired, LLC – a company that consults on different aspects of Mediterranean Diet (MD). Growing up in the Mediterranean and adhering to MD for all her life, Anita is very passionate about promoting this diet outside the Mediterranean region. She is tirelessly trying to connect the dots about the diet and find answers – why the diet that she has grown with and adhered to all her life is being recognized as one of the healthiest and most sustainable diets in the world.

Dr. T. Broach has been named as an inventor and co-inventor on more than 50 patents and patent applications pending and has authored many peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. She holds Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and M.Sc. in Materials Science, both from University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, USA, and M.Sc. in Polymer Science from University of Skopje, N. Macedonia.
