        Alessandro Sità is an expert in charcuterie, with 25 years of experience in the sector. Italian-born and raised in Europe, Alessandro studied Business & Languages at FUCAM (Belgium). He has launched major food brands in the North American market and Europe , he is an advisor on the board of several US food imports companies. He is currently the CEO of Parmacotto USA, a leader in fine cured meat Made in Italy. In 2018, Alessandro was bestowed the title of Knight by the President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella.
