2 cups Cooked Chickpeas
¼ cup Tahini Paste
¼ cup Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon Sumac Spice for garnish
To taste Salt, extra virgin olive oil, chopped parsley for garnish

1. In a food processor mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
2. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top and garnish with the sumac spice and finely chopped parsley.
